Alison Doody
Alison Doody has been an Irish actor and model since November 11, 1996. Her debut in a feature film was in a minor role on her debut role in the Bond film A View to a Kill. (1985). Then, later she played the Nazi-sympathising archaeologist Elsa Schneider (Indiana Jones and in the Last Crusade 1989). The other roles she played include Siobhan Donavan on the film A Prayer for the Dying (1987) Charlotte in Taffin (1988) and Rebecca Flannery in Major League II (1994). Doody was a model when she was approached by a aspiring photographer. Her career has since developed into commercial modeling. Doody tried to stay clear of the glamour of nude roles that was a rule she followed in her acting. When she was spotted by the casting director for a James Bond movie, she was cast of A View to a Kill as Jenny Flex. Doody was named one of 12 Promising New Actors from 1986 in John Willis Screen World, Vol. 38. Doody aged 18 in the role of Doody in Bond she was still the oldest Bond girl until today. ...
